No! I enjoy these mini-dramas, it makes for a refreshing break in my daily routine.

Whenever I took Sadie to a shopping center, as soon as I got out of the truck she'd take over the drivers seat behind the steering wheel. I never left the keys in the ignition, she was pretty smart and there's no sense tempting fate.

A dogs legs are too short to reach the pedals and they don't have opposable thumbs so they'd have a hard time handling the steering wheel. Pretty much all they could do is lick the windows.

Wow. 22-4. I don't know what I would do if I were on the losing team. Part of me would just want to leave the park and go home and a part of me would want to stay out of loyalty to my teammates. But what do you do when the opposing team gets 14 runs in one inning? How do you deal with that?

I've been on both the winning and losing sides of similar situations. You just forget about it and move on, get ready for the next game. After all, it's still only one game.

I'm not into Blu-ray either. I have no problem with the picture and sound quality provided on standard DVD. It's just another scam by the studios and the electronics corporations designed to rip people off.

Heres a pub in Kensington that I've drunk in that looks pretty much like a traditional English/London pub..

Anyway... I agree JMG.. Good luck to them, I hope it's a success.. and they do serve Guiness.. which we all know originated in London.. I'd happily go there for a few pints and kick all your ass's on the pool table.. 

Actually Gant, the pub in your picture looks a lot like many bars/pubs here in Rockford. It reminds me of Main Street Tap in the North End Square, been there for ages. I've been tossing back a few brews there for years. One pool table, darts, the food menu is limited, sandwiches and pizza. More of a drinking establishment than a restaurant. A good place to have a few drinks with friends. There used to be a bartender there named Gus, a grumpy old guy with a flat top hair cut, looked like he might have been in the Marines back in World War II. I about took a swing at him a time or two myself.
