Eastwood News / Clint featured in Entertainment Weekly
« on: August 16, 2003, 06:58:59 PM »
Just a note that Mystic River is featured in this week's Entertainment Weekly magazine.  It's gives Clint a fair amount of praise and tells how Kevin Bacon was just dying to work with Clint.  Overall, I think they give the movie a positive review.  It's the feature movie for the month of October. ;D ;D ;D

General Discussion / Question on Thurderbolt and Lightfoot
« on: August 12, 2003, 05:24:26 AM »
I have a question about a scene in Thunderbolt and Lightfoot.  After Clint has sex with the woman that Jeff Bridges brings back to the room for him, Clint rolls onto his back and mouths something.  I can't make out what it is and I was wondering if anyone has been able to decipher it.

Out of all Clint's movies, which bad guy do you think would have a juicy role to cast Clint, in a reverse role like Little Bill  for instance?  ???

Eastwood News / Are tickets avaialable to the NYFF to the public?
« on: July 28, 2003, 05:18:27 PM »
I was wondering, KC you may know.  Are there tickets available to the public for the New York Film Festival?

I was just wondering what everyone's feeling were on Warner Brothers just dumping the remainder of the Clint catalog on September 2nd?  There are certainly some of these movies that deserve a more deserving release.  Granted, I could do without City Heat, but it would be nice to see a few more extras on Tightrope and WED.  I think that Honkeytonk Man has a decent storyline and it's nice to see Clint interact with Kyle.  Any other thoughts?

If they were to do an autobiographical movie about Clint, who would play him in his 20-40 years? ???
