I can't speak for other provinces but here in Canada, I'd say that "A&W" and "Harveys" have the best fast food burgers (with Harveys winning).

For "healthier" options I typically frequent "Pita Pit" or "Booster Juice". Lots of good choices, they're quick and always nice and I don't feel ashamed after eating there.

Here in Southern Ontario, "Toppers Pizza" is really good as a 'chain'. "Pizza Pizza" has a stranglehold on the "fast food" pizza area and I used to be able to eat their stuff but now I can't. It seems like it's too standard. Too manufactured. It's cookie cutter pizza. So now for pizza I typically goto mom and pop places.

Yeah, I was impressed with the mailing pizza on dry ice thing too. I would imagine that costs more than a stamp! How did you heat it up, Richard Earl?

I followed the directions and cooked both pizzas in the oven Christopher.

Richard,  have you ever been to this place?

http://www.yelp.com/biz/lakewood-smokehouse-dallas

I found it on Yelp looking for something else, and thought of you. Don't know if you're close (Texas is kinda big).

It looks really good!

About the only thing I would ever want at McDonald's is coffee.

I meant to reply to this months ago. Sorry but American's can't make coffee. Big statement but its true!! I spent 3 weeks in the USA in 2014 and the only decent coffee I had was in a small coffee shop in Soho, NYC on the first couple of days. I can't remember the name and it was only a little place but the line was always out the door. Everywhere else it was average or worse. The worst two places were The McDonalds across the road from The Empire State Building. 2 sips were enough. The cafe on the dock to the ferry to Alcatraz was the other shocker. Had a half dozen sips before tossing in the garbage. I didn't want to chuck in the bay on the ferry.

That's funny, because I had McDonald's coffee today, and it was the worst coffee I'd had in many years.

I'm meeting some friends at First Watch tomorrow for breakfast, and already looking forward to it. I've probably already mentioned that place. It's fantastic.

The worst coffee in NYC is to be found in a little chain called Starbucks. There's lots of good coffee though, you just have to know your spot.
