Where would you rank this among other Dirty Harry films? Did you like it?  :)

It ends in darkness, the way it started!

There's a darkness in all of us. ;)

AKA runs out of time in passing the Willy.

But the real drinkers are Shannon and Kenny.  Drink until you're falling down drunk. Then we may forgive you.

Must be. I did have some faint memories from some scenes.

It's good but not as good as the first three. Different type of killer in this makes it interesting.

And perhaps not coincidentally, Tightrope is Clint's next movie!

Satu,

I am posting this as someone who knows, and I don't nromally write this here, so listenup-....

Good luck. Marriage is amazing. It's a great commitment. And I wish you the best. Have a Family together.. Have children. See the world together..  But above all else, be loving. Be best friends. Work hard at your marriage, because it is work.... and it's worth it.

Love you, and good luck to you and hubby-to-be.  :)

I know I wasn't here for long but it was fun.

It's my 2nd wedding anniversary tomorrow. What Matt said about going to bed never angry is the same advice we got. And we always say good bye when leaving the house. Never just walk out.

Good question... It was my first DH in the theater. So I'm always soft on it. I give it a 2!  Just behind DH.

The ketchup on a hotdog conversation reminded me of a topic I started years ago.

This is a sensitive question, but do you think in this situation Jennifer was right to seek her own vengeance? Her sister is in an asylum, and she's permanently traumatized from it.

This is a theme that recurs in Unforgiven, It's not just that Jennifer wants vengeance ... she wants justice. There was a deliberate miscarriage of justice here. The rapists were never punished, because Jennings was shielding his son ... Similarly, in Unforgiven Little Bill refuses to punish the men who disfigured a whore, deciding to treat it as a mere case of damaged "property" (the property of the whoremaster Skinny).

Thank you Matt, for the advice and for setting this up. :)
And thank you all for being here.
This was the only bachelorette I will have, and it was all good fun. :)

I will second all that, even though I have no first-hand knowledge of what Matt is talking about! :) Best of luck, Satu and Mr. Satu-to-be!

All the best -satu-

You're in for the ride of your life. The greatest ride. There's ups and downs but as long as you're both there for one another. That's all that counts.

Wishing you many years of happiness. 8)
