I've been a fan of Clint's since 68'. One thing I've noticed in his movies is that he always finds a way to say the line, "get outta here". I can't be the only one to have noticed this. I've never heard this mentioned anywhere. Does anyone happen to know why this started, and continued throughout his career? It's obviously a private joke, but I'd love to hear why.

Hi, benchamos, that's a good question, and I don't know the answer. I've moved your post here to Questions & Answers, so maybe someone else would like to weigh in on it.

Can you name a few specific places where Clint says "Get outta here"?

And welcome to the Board! 8)

I can think of one place to start with ... He says it to Mitchell towards the end of Joe Kidd: "Bob ... Get out of here!"
