I hereby declare today Dirty Harry Day.  No rhyme or reason.  Just because.  The opportunity is here to have a Dirty Harry marathon and I'm taking it.  I won't be glued to the screen from beginning to end and will be taking a break to run errands.  Feels great to enjoy these all over again.

I'll be posting random thoughts and images throughout.  Feel free to join in at any time.  I hope everybody is having a fantastic weekend!  I know I am! 😀

Great image from Dirty Harry, from early on in the film during a botched bank robbery, the "Do I feel lucky? Well do ya, punk?" scene.

I'd like to post a video from my iPad here but don't know how.  Does anyone know how to do this?

Thank you, KC.  Sorry to be a bother, but could you or someone please remove the duplicate Magnum Force image/post?

So you're watching all five today? I've never done that.

I think that is the best way to watch the Dirty Harry series all in one day. I'm a big fan of having marathons of my favorite movie series such as Dirty Harry, Rambo, rocky, Indiana jones, etc.  I've even had an Eastwood marathon before. Where I pick out like 4 or 5 Eastwood movies and I watch all of them in one day. Like various Eastwood movies. Like maybe watching gran Torino, thunderbolt and light foot, the gauntlet, true crime, in the line of fire all in one day. What I usually do is on one of my days off I just stay inside all day long watching marathons of these movies. I don't step outside at all. Strictly inside all day long. I get my food to eat the day before so I can stay in all day. I do this every once in awhile. It's nice taking a break from the outside world. Gets your mind off your troubles and stressful things. It's something I enjoy doing and it's a lot of fun. I do take at least a 15 min or so break in between movies. I usually start around 2 or 3 in the afternoon and go past midnight. Great fun!

There was a theater in Columbus, Ohio that did all five movies in a row several years ago. The idea of seeing them all on the big screen certainly appealed to me.
