Does anyone know if Any Which Way You Can did as well at the box office as it's predecessor  Every Which Way But Loose.. ?

No, but it still did very well for its time.

From Box Office Mojo:

Any Which Way You Can, Domestic Total Gross: $70,687,344. Adjusted to be comparable with 2017 figures: $234,661,000.

Every Which Way But Loose, actual Domestic Total Gross: $85,196,485. Adjusted to 2017: $325,130,200.

I think that has a lot to do with how many conservatives are in the U.S. and who don't see many films that show their political viewpoint coming out of Hollywood. With how liberal the film industry and media is, you'd never believe there was so much population supporting those viewpoints, until the last presidential election anyway.
