Watching Once Upon a Time in the West or the Man with No Name series at a theater would be great!

Hostiles

Very...very good. Great plot ,dialogue and performances, especially from Mr Bale.
One of the best of the genre since UNFORGIVEN .

Wait, I saw that, and it left me cold, as I recall. I especially resented that they outright swiped a line from Unforgiven. I disliked the constant elision of key scenes, where we're just supposed to assume X or Y happened in the unseen intervals. I found the motives muddled and in some cases incomprehensible and the characters moving through strange arcs to improbable ends. WARNING SPOILERS FOLLOW: After all she's been through, would she really just grab an orphaned Indian boy and move back to "civilization" with him? And would the good-bad man just drop everything in the West to climb on that train and follow her? I give that matchup six weeks.END SPOILERS (hit "quote" to read)

Also, because of the heavy growth of whiskers on most of the male (non-Indian) faces, I simply had trouble understanding the words that issued from their mouths. If the dialogue was "great," may I assume you saw it with subtitles?
