I'm not sure that we can realistically say that a close to 93 year old man has no health problems at all. I think virtually anyone that old would have some degree of health issues, but I don't think anything is publicly known that would substantiate that he has not done another film because of health problems. For almost 93, he seems healthier than his peers. I think it's more likely that he's had difficulty getting financing for the film he wants to do (a report came out that he proposed one and Warners rejected it months ago), or simply decided it may not be worth the hassle to develop a relationship with another studio in order to be able to make more films and have to cater the films he chooses to make to their preferences. He has had autonomy to make whatever films he wanted to for decades and probably doesn't like the idea of that changing. Like everyone here, I hope there is another film and will continue to be on the look out for an announcement.
Clint has definitely lost a fair amount of weight in recent years. I noticed this in "The Mule," and he looked even thinner to me in "Cry Macho," and also pretty thin in the recent video with the toy company. He used to weigh a lot more than he does now, but that could be a reflection of natural aging. I don't want to speculate as to why he's lost so much weight, but the weight loss has concerned me as a fan. On the other hand, Radar Online is closer to a tabloid than a legitimate news organization, so I'd be skeptical of the analysis they've put out without corroborating evidence. It's just not true that Clint hasn't been seen in more than 400 days. He fairly recently did that visit to the toy makers that are creating Clint Eastwood action figures, for example, and I recently saw a post that in April he's going to be doing a private autograph signing for collectors, which I doubt he'd be doing if he were experiencing major health problems.

Hi AKA23, Well, I hope this is not an April fools trick at least. Technically, this is not since the news was announced on March 30 but we never know. Officially, Clint has never been credited as a screenwriter. He could bring some elements to a story but he does not have the reputation to write original stories. For instance, for Absolute Power, Clint wanted screenwriter William Goldman to rewrite the script and to make big changes: then, the film is different from the novel. For A Fistful of Dollars, Clint would have contributed to the script (he also removed some of his lines) but he was uncredited. So, I really do not know. We have to wait for some other news by sources more reliable than FilmDiscussing. Toni Collette and Nicholas Hoult could be cast and Clint is supposed to look for a young Hollywood actor to play the leading role. The title Juror #2 makes me think of 12 Angry Men directed by Sydney Lumet, even if the synopsis has nothing to do with it.
