Who do ya'll think is the best bad guy from the Dirty Harry film's.  For me its gotta be Scorpio from the first.  Andrew Robinson does an amazing job as him and is easily the best.

Easily it's Liam Neeson. What an ass he was, and his arrogance, my God!!

No, its Scorpio all the way!!

I thought Liam Neeson was a LOT better than some of the bad guys in Sudden Impact and The Enforcer.   For WORST DH bad guy, I go with Paul Drake, who played Mick in Sudden Impact.

This might make for a more interesting thread to name the worst DH bad guys because I don't know anyone who wouldn't say Scorpio was the best.  But, if someone out there has a different favorite, speak up. :D

Yea, Liam Neeson was cool, but he wasn't the 'real' bad guy in the movie.

I would place Scorpio in first, then second, I'd go with the cops from Magnum Force. They were really good villains, and a bit better than the ones in The Enforcer, and a whole lot better than the ones in Sudden Impact and The Dead Pool.

Though I haven't seen them all, (covers head in shame) I would have to say Scorpio.  I couldn't wait for him to get what was coming to him.

Scorpio first with "Alice" from Dirty Harry coming in a close second, though he isn't a villian.

LOL   :D :D :D

Mick from sudden impact first came to my mind when i read this debate.
admittedly scorpio is more resourcefull, a man with a mission, and the worst haircut in any DH movie but Mick is clearly a mad dog who needs to be put out of his misery...

The bad guy? H-mm. That black guy who was the bank robber in the beginning of Dirty Harry. Sorry don't recall his name. He reappearred later in The Enforcer. And also as a fellow cop (surprisingly) in Sudden Impact

We had a discussion about this man, Albert Popwell before.

Just clarify, I'm not sure if you dont know, he doesnt play the same guy in all the Dirty Harry movies he appeared in.

Also, welcome to the board.  8)

well... i´ve already written in the worst DH villian thread, but seing as i wrote a post here i reckon i have to change it here as vell.
Just resaw Sudden impact, and oh my god!!!  :o i was wrong about Mick in Sudden impact, he´s about as scary as a pink hippo, and about as effecient a villian as a catflap is in an elephanthouse.  :P
Scorpio rules!!!! then the cops from magnum force.

It has got to be Scorpio. What a brilliant performance by Andrew Robinon. He is brilliant on the schoolbus. I mean, that is some acting. And when Harry shot him in the stadium, how he went mad, that was brilliant. He has got to be the best one. I quite like the cops in Magnum Force, but, no one beats Scorpio.

Scorpio.

We were so fascinated with Scorpio at one time, we were actually debating (myself and Daisy having a quite heated debate) what kind of mental make up he had. He didnt quite fall into any kind of one mental kind.

He is...VERY fascinating. The more you think about him, the deeper he is.

Scorpio then jointly followed by Mick from Sudden Impact and Albert Popwell in Magnum Force.
