In the three Leone films, Eastwood's characters smoked the Italian style of cigars known as "toscani." They are still available under many different brand names. Here is a link to the thread where we most recently discussed this question.

Are you over eighteen and aware of the risks to your health? If so, do an Internet search on Toscani cigars. You'll find dozens of sources.

There are similiar Italian cigars under the name of Palumbo. They are very strong!
They come in a box of four and are usualy available at any good cigar store.

horrifying!  :o

In my opinion are Clint's Dollars Movies only a cult, because everybody, who saw the films, will remember the man-with-no-name remissly smoking a cigar.

What a pity!  :'(

Fink Cigar Company at www.finckcigarcompany.com has a Italian type cigar called the PARODI.  If they taste anything like Clint smoked, I can see why he didn't like them.  They take some getting used to.  My favorite is the Ram Rod Bourban.  Enjoy!

I have smoked these cigars myself when I have been in Italy and they where instantly recognizable to me and they are very, very, very stong - no wonder Clint was squinting  :o
