This is a new trivia game, and there might be a few kinks in it, which we can work out as we go along, but these are the starting rules and how it's played:

A player starts by thinking of any Clint Eastwood co-star that they'll pretend to be. You give the other players two good clues to your identity. A player can either guess your identity or ask a question to help figure out who you are. The clues that are given, as well as the questions that players ask, can pertain to either your character in the film, or the actor who plays the part, just make sure that it's made clear which you're speaking of: character or actor. Your two starting clues can be a combination of character and actor clues.

If you're "It", be selective about your choice of original clues. Try not to be so vague so that dozens of different actors/characters fit the description. The two hints should give the players enough information to at least "almost" get the right answer or narrow it down a lot.

The player who is "It" *wins* if there are six total hints and/or questions given before your identity is solved. Guesses at your identity that are wrong count as a question. If the player who is "It" wins, he/she is "It" for another round. No player should be "It" more than two rounds in a row. If he/she wins twice in a row, any other player can step in to start a new game.

Confused? Just remember how confusing the 15 Questions game was when we first started playing and how easy it was after we played it a few times. This will all make sense after we play a bit.

If you're just finding this game, jump in any time if there are clues on the board. You don't have to wait for a "New" game to play.

I'll start us out with the first person and the first two clues.

HERE WE GO......

I am a female
I do not speak English in the film
I am in only one Eastwood film

Who am I?

(Edit... I changed the rules from three starting clues to two, which is why the first few rounds have three clues... too easy. ;) )

Wow, I am impressed! Yes, I am Little Moonlight (Geraldine Keams).  You both got it with the original three clues, and only six seconds apart!

(And I'm thrilled my game description made enough sense that neither of you needed to ask anything yet. :) )

Peanuts to both of you, but since KC beat the time, she's up next.

Mmmm, pretty ribbon on those peanuts! I'll save that for next Christmas!  ;)

Let's see ...

1) My first name is the same as my last (actor)

2) I work in the transportation industry (character)

3) The only words I speak are not addressed to any other character in the movie

WHO ... AM ... I?

How's that?  ???

You gots it ... Muddy Chandler is the stagecoach driver, or as it says on his vehicle ...

His only words are addressed to his horses ... chiefly consisting of "Giddap," "Whoa" and the like. As he's about to leave the spot in front of the hotel in Big Whiskey where he's deposted English Bob and Beauchamp, he's heard to say something like "Come on Lucky ... Dinnertime!"

mgk, you're up. Aren't you happy?  :D ;)

Actually, I'm tired after that one.  :-\   :P

Okay, next........

1)  I've co-starred with actors like Sean Connery, Tom Cruise, and Bruce Willis.
2)  I've only been in one Eastwood movie
3)  I'm probably just as famous for my other job (other than acting)

1. My father is the "president" of the United States.
2. I'm a notorious bad-boy of Hollywood.
3. I have appeared in one later, Eastwood film.

Alrighty, these next hints are for an actor (as opposed to a character).

I've only appeared in one movie with Eastwood.
I was nominated for an Oscar for my performance.
My father was also a famous actor.

Who am I?

Since no one has had to even ask a question yet to try to figure out the identy of "It", perhaps the rules were a little too easy for such great Eastwood trivia gamers as we are. ;)

So, I've adjusted the first post of the game to ask whoever is "It" to start out with only TWO good clues instead of three. Let's see how that works. It may make it a little more challenging, and a little more fun.

On the assumption that I got Chris's right, I'm going to go ahead and post two clues for the next one ...

1) I appeared under two different names in two Eastwood films

2) Outside of Clint's films, I'm an indie/art house fave.  8)
