One of the side effects of the medication.

I just got this email confirming my order totaling $540 for Jackson 5/Lou Rawls/Sly Stone CDs plus a complete Soul Train DVD set!

Gosh....I don't remember doing that. Not feeling so good now....

For posterity, here's the last "new" set of smilies we had:

Cool!  Thanks, Matt.  It's nice to keep a record of the various versions of smilies.

I wasn't here at that time of this discussion so I want to say my thoughts now.

Let's admit those smilies aren't the best.

I really miss the "grin":

This one ;D is like you are mocking the person or the comment.

This one ??? it's like you are contesting the person's comment in a unpleasant way.
I think this other one would be more appropriate

I not even know what this one means  :-X...I've never used it before.

And this one :-* is the worst.

Imagine that:

Happy Birthday :-*

(Is there something corniest? :D) I've never used it, not even in a joke context.

I hadn't taken much notice of the extra smileys that we got in the last upgrade of the board a couple of weeks back. Apart from this one  :coolsmiley: I hadn't used or really looked at the others until today.

Can someone explain  :blank: this one?

 :smiley6600: And what's that? A cell phone?

:blank:   I would use it when there was nothing to say to a comment. Or if I totally didn't understand something.

;D  I'm reading this thread, and it's ridiculous. I can't believe how much we [email protected] about smilies here.

And we still have the ugly ones, the "going crazy" and the "chomping" (in lieu of laughing) smiley.

And after 4 pages of reading all the bellyaching, Brendan saves the day with the violin smiley. Definitely needed.

I remember busting out the violin smiley on a few occasions.  An old classic  O0
