Last night I was watching the scene where the three men enter the saloon to get Tuco.  It is right near the beginning of the movie.  As they enter, the guy furthest away from us and furthest right looking from the street toward the door of the saloon, does not have a gun in his hand as he rushes in with the other 2.  Was this a slipup and how could such a mistake be made?   Are we to assume he pulled his gun as he kicked the door in?  Has this ever been discussed?  Just curious.

Hmm.. I'd have to watch the movie again to catch the part you're refferin to amigo....

But I know there are a few slip ups in the GBU that are known about. One scene with Tuco having the rope around his neck out in the desert with Blondie.. and another scene where Blondie is talking to Tuco under the bridge and you can see a car drive by in the distance....just a couple that have been noticed.

It's not uncommon for mistakes to be made during filming. We're only human after all... and mistakes, still get made.

I have never noticed that.  What a beauty!

The "vehicle" has been much noted among aficionados of the film. Here's a couple of caps I posted on the old Board ... I've circled the culprit in red, because it's almost impossible to see in a still image. You have to see it moving.

Actually, like KC said you have to see it moving.I had never noticed this before so as I was watching the extended version tonight when this scene came up I was looking intently in the background and you can see it very clearly. On the region 4 extended release DVD it's at the 2 hour 21 minutes and 58 second mark or right after Tuco says "You go first".

Not on the big screen so much. See it in a theater, you'll notice it much more clearly.
