Alright, here's a favorite of mine from the late '80's. I'm sure you know Elvis Costello, but this isn't as popular an album. It's always been my favorite.

Listening to this now and I'm liking it. I will have to give it more listens to see how much it grows on me. But so far, so good.

Awesome! The song "I Want You" is my favorite of his, and it's been redone as a duet with Fiona Apple that is also fantastic.

Correction - it's not a duet. I thought Elvis sung along with her, but he doesn't sing, just plays guitar.

Here's a cover of U2's "Love is Blindness" by Jack White. Doug have you listened to his stuff? He's a Nashville rock hero -- we have more than Country music stars here -- lots of garage and alt rock.

It's just so much fun to listen to this. Mozart was a silly man.

Okay, Blunderbuss is great. He's got a new one out, but it's not as good. So when you're done with Elvis C, if you're looking for another recommendation, try

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJip7-huqK8&list=PLkpTFAHTRH_syKou2c9DWhgdSBe1Cmio9

I'm also going back and listening to two of my White Stripes albums, which are also great:  Elephant and White Blood Cells.

You'll hear some Robert Plant in his voice, but he's not backed into a corner of any genre -- he's all over the place in a great way.

It is probably one of my favourites of his.. absolutely awesome..

Chuck Berry is 90 years old today, October 18! And I saw in the news that he has a new album that he's been working on!

Cinematic Milan funk combo...  The soundtrack to an  (imaginary) sergio Leone sci fi / Spy  epic..

Recorded live on analog tape  in London.
