It looked to me like Tina Louise, Ginger from Gilligan's Island. I did a Google search for her and Clint, and another pic from the shoot came up with this caption:

Quote
CBS TV actors Clint Eastwood and Paul Brinegar of Rawhide, Tina Louise of Gilligans Island at right, Robert Conrad and Ross Martin of Wild Wild West 1965

Thanks, Gant and Matt! That's Clint with Kirk Douglas (he's 102!) at AFI's 40th Anniversary ... here's another I found:

Every now and then Clint shows up on my instagram feed. This time on Schwarzenegger’s account. Alison’s account also had one pic from the same trip. :)

Posted on Dec 30th. So yes, recent. Caption said ”Name a more iconic duo. I’ll wait”. ;D They were skiing in Sun Valley, Idaho. This I know from Alison’s caption on the pic she posted of Kyle, Clint and herself.

Not sure if this has been posted before.  A great photo of John Wayne, Clint and Don Siegel.  Eastwood probably stopped by during the filming of The Duke’s last film, The Shootist.

Many times I saw in interviews Eastwood expounding about a Western he wanted Wayne to do with him and I could never figure it out until recently. I would venture to guess it was Josey Wales with Wayne playing the Fletcher role.

The western that Clint Eastwood and John Wayne could have made together is not The Outlaw Josey Wales.
Actually, Clint sent a script to John Wayne called The Hostiles.
It was after High Plains Drifter. Wayne didn’t like High Plains Drifter.
John Wayne turned it down. It would have been a buddy movie.
The script has nothing to do with the Christian Bale movie released two years ago.

The source is from a John Wayne biography: Look at the page 502.

Thanks, Hocine! In case anyone has trouble making that link work, here are screencaps from pages 502-503 of John Wayne: the Life and Legend by Scott Eyman:
