Yeah, it was a good match

LFC had deserved to win I think they played best.

they should have a penalty when Gallas took his hand to help

I hope LFC will beat them in Premier League Sunday

wrong person up front cost us bito, crouch can't cut it in the big teams. it should have been cisse adn sinama from the start, chelsea are a little slow at the back, much like liverpools defence, physically strong but lacking in pace, we could have punished them a couple of times only for crouch was out of position and people like garcia were left to run at the defence, cisse shouldn't be started on the wing, he should be played up front, why does rafa keep insisting on playing those two donkeys up front in rotation(morientes and  crouch)

i'm thinking that myself.
the way liverpool dominated chelsea should show the other clubs something though, if you go in full force on chelsea and give them no respect you can beat them, if chelsea continue to play llik ethat there's no reason liverpool can't win on sunday, and if we can beat them then utd and arsenal shouldn't have any problems with them( except for arsenals cock- up at the start of the league)
i can't understand why mourinho insists on starting drogba over crespo. and essien, £23m i wouldn't give £23.99 with how badly he's settling, are you kiddin me, thats what happens when you pay over the odds price in football.

Sunderland 1 - 1 West Ham

I am pleased if we can pick up point(s) on the road.

mcwhoopaged is the only word for it, no way was the differnce between the two teams 4-1, it should have only been 2-1 but it showed up the weakness, especially what rafa said about him not getting the players he wanted, there are too many passengers on the lfc team, (traore, finnan, hyypia, hamann, garcia, crouch) and don't get me started on reina, when is dudek back?
chelsea deserved the win on the day they played better football while liverpool were too busy flapping their gums.
stevie and jamie are the only two who give their heart and soul  each time

bad weekend for the ferdinand brothers at west ham and manchester. neither team lost but the brothers were atrocious, did anyone see rio pulling away from the second goal and then trying to blame van der saar, he has real team spirit that boy.

bit worrying crouch is going to play for england

man utd have lost a lot of defenders and always do have a bit of lack of understanding at the back - i think it is now worse - ferdinand did not have a good game but i don't believe all the mix up that seems to be happening is all him

what did you think of the last goal?  offside or not?

who's last goal?
utd or chelsea?
either way i thought all 10 goals in the two games (fullham2-3 man utd)  and (liverpool1-4 chelsea) were good, i didn't think there was any problems with them, i was really angry at liverpool playing cole onside and then screaming at the ref that he was offside, it symbolised everything that was wrong with the team, too busy talking and not playing.

didn't see anything wrong with the goal, van niselrooy looked better on saturday than he has in a long time, he's back to the way he was about 2 years ago the goal machine, the game was live on setanta sports here in ireland. i hate watching sky on a saturday, 8 old footballers sitting around a group of tellys oohing and ahhing, describing the action., just show the bloody match >:(

cool - there was alot of talk on tv about the goal

yes van nistleroy been given the ball and he looks back to full fitness, and wayne rooney beginning to look back on form to

i thought liverpool well behind the game and a bit messy at the back which was unlike them, good goal by gerrard though

they were ok in the first half, but liverpool looked like the y couldn't win the conference in the second half, let alone champions league.

I don't think so vik, England will win that match.

I can see that match and I will enjoy me to it.

i reckon last weeks nightmare performance from ferdinand is why he dropped him, i actually think he's got it worng, if he insists on playing terry then carragher suits terrry's style best to play with but if he's putting on either campbell or ferdinand he should stick with the ferdinand /campbell partnership as the complement each other so well.

if crouch scores i'll kill him, he won't do it for liverpool.
england SHOULD beat austria but don't forget they hauled back a two goal deficit to draw in austria.so they're a bit of a tricky side

Ireland have the mighty cyprus tomorrow.i'm prediciting a 7-0 scoreline......
for cyprus.
