I like the advertisment for it and the 'proof' certificate.  Low monthly payments :D   Just how much is he expecting?  What a low start $103.50.    :o

Thanks, palooka! I edited your post to make a shorter "titled" link so it wouldn't mess up the format of the page.  :)

Nice touch to include the 10 x 8 Magnum Force picture in some of the pictures.

Anybody work out where the pictures were taken?

I wonder if Clint actually drove around with that DH pic propped up on his hood?  :-\

I'd love to own a car like this. So cool  8)

Just how much is he expecting?  What a low start $103.50.    :o
I wonder what's the point of putting such a low starting price if the reserve price is, say, over $1,000  ::)

San Francisco ... but I don't know where exactly  ??? Never been there.

Again my thanks KC. I should have guessed there would be a thread about it already - this place is so damned well run.  :)

Anyway - sorry to derail - back to the Clint's car ....

The seller has very poor feedback.

Also makes you wonder if he had the car towed to the lot where the pics were taken. Notice all the fresh oil spots directly under the car.  Doesn't look like water to me.

Hard to say, Lin. Depends on how high his reserve price is. If he does sell it, it'll probably be more for the actual value of the car itself, rather than for who previously owned it.

Personally, that just doesn't seem like Eastwood's style -- owning a big ol' boat like that. American cars, especially in the mid-late 70s, were not known for their quality. But who knows. Maybe it was given to him as a gift or something.

Someone who lives in California could to the BMV and  run a title check on the history of the Car and find out for sure, if they really wanted too....

I don't doubt that it might have been owned by Eastwood at one time, otherwise this guy would get into a heap load of trouble. For all we know it could have been a car for the the housekeeper or someone on his personal staff to run errands in. Just speculation, of course.
