Breezy is out of print, but you can still find some copies floating around on eBay.  It hasn't been released on DVD yet, but sometimes you run across brand new VHS copies on eBay.  I just did a search, and came up with two listings.

Wow, looks like the first link I gave ends in 13 minutes, and it's a better price than the second ... so hurry! ;)

I caught this in the description for the movie:
