Welcome to some of our newest members: Fr@mus from Montevideo, Uruguay; John Baldwin from Paris, France; The Italian Gun from Italy; alzbet from St. Petersburg, Russia; and El Pistolero from Rochester, NY, USA I tried to merge some of your introduction posts into this thread, but it wound up going out of order and was a bit confusing. So thought I'd bring your names up again here. We're glad you're with us.

Hi everybody, my nickname is Fr@mus and I am from Uruguay. My main language is spanish and my name is Alejandro (Alexander in English)
I am a musician from Montevideo (capital City) guitar player, part time pro, and I own a computer store and cybergame. I am a Beatles and Elvis Fan too I am part of 12 years old rock band with two records in my country and two songs edited in two tribute albums in UK. The name band is Bel Air, you can get more info in my profile
I pick nickname Fr@mus, because my first guitar (1970), was a german made, brand Framus
My mother was a huge clint´s fan, so when I was 13 years old I became fan too with "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly" or "El bueno, el malo y el feo" in spanish
I saw twice the first day. Later I bought it in VHS and now I have it in DVD I must say I saw it more than 15 times. I saw all of his movies, but no more than 3 or 4 times each It is the Western Nirvana for me, i enjoy like the first time every time I saw Tuco, Angel Eyes and Blondi Is the best movie I have seen, always in my first rank
I was looking some Eastwood info and I found this board, and since that I love it!
I would like to thank Matt and mgk for their friendship and warm.
See you around, and "Imagine all the people living life in peace"

Hi,I'm Aline. I live in Brasil and have been here since 99 (I guess). I'm an big admirer of Clint work. Sometimes I feel I should post more often but my flawed english bother me a little. Welcome to this board. You'll find great people here and a lot of information about Clint!

Hey Johan, I'm new as well. I'm from Canada. The thing I hate about Charlize Theron, is why'd she change her accent? Why is it that every actor that goes to the US from other countries feels they must sound American? (BTW This is not a knock on Americans, I love the States)Even our actors like Shatner, Donald Sutherland, J Carrey, Mike Myers and Leslie Nielson have all blunted the Canadian sounding words in their accent. Christopher Plummer is probably the only one of our actors that hasn't.
Oh yeah, and I forgot to add - Clint Eastwood is my all time hero! My favourite movie of all time is Unforgiven and GBU is also one of my favourite films.

How did I become a Clint fan? The first movie I ever remember seeing was Dirty Harry. It just sort of stuck in my head. I must have been 5. I also remember seeing Play Misty For Me at a young age. Plus Clint made such an impression on me as a young boy. He was so cool and calm, always had the right thing to say, plus at that age I enjoyed the action and western movies. As I grew older I began to appreciate his movies on a different level. Not just for the action, but that they were different type of movies, the anti hero, the guy that shoots people in the back etc. I am loved the monkey movies, I thought they were hilarious. I remember watching them as a kid, we canned ourselves, especially the scenes with the black widows. I don't agree with Clint's moral values but as a filmmaker and a professional I respect him a lot. The fact that he makes movies with small budgets, finishes them ahead of schedule and still make quality productions, I respect that.
