I see you've already found quite a few threads to post in! 8)

Haven't seen the board this active in a while. Great stuff.

I've noticed WeAllGotItCominKid has the same taste in films and music as myself and if he's a golf fan, we could just be twins. :o

So how is everyone doing? I'm very glad I discovered this forum and I look forward to meeting all Eastwood fans and movie buffs here and discussing his impressive career. My name is John and I've been a fan of movies for at least five years. I have a vast DVD collection of films spanning from at least the 30's to the present. From the original 1932 Scarface (I have the remake as well) to the Dirty Harry films, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro films and more.

My favorite directors (for now) are Martin Scorsese and of course Mr. Eastwood. See you all around on the forums  :)

Welcome John. :)

Good to have you aboard, WeAllGotItCominKid.  Maybe we should see about getting clearer links between the two forums.  I was a member of this forum for ages before I found out about the Leone board.

G'Day lovelyrita,

Great username (are you a Beatles fan) and a great avatar as well. I don't think there are any others using a Frank Corvin pic.

Happy Posting. :)

Hi lovelyrita,

Welcome, sounds like this board is just your cup of tea, I hope so!  I noticed your avatar too, that's a good Space Cowboys quote. O0

I'm gonna make a guess - are you by any chance a big Bridges of Madison County fan?

Your guess would be on the mark. I absolutely love that film. I remember when it first came out the week before it opened there was a sneak preview. Lilly I loved the choice of Meryl and the way he humanized Robert. The book had him walking on water.   Now don't laugh but it was a love story that someone older could relate too. It was done beautifully and the score..What else can I say..
