Hi, I'm a 19 years old boy writing from Sergio Leone's country (Italy), and I would like you to know it's a great honor for me to be writing here. I'm not a long-time Clint's fan, but I've come to appreciate him more and more recentely, and I've also started collecting his films on Dvd. I think it must be only 2 years since I got to "know" Clint Eastwood and appreciate his screen-persona...before that, he had never been on my "favorite actors" list. I grew up watching Arnold Schwarzenegger's movies and he is, alongside with Kevin Costner, my number one favorite actor. I know what you're thinking now:"why the hell does this guy come here if Clint's not his favorite actor?"...and my answer is:"because Clint's already up there with Arnold and Kevin" ;) :) :) :).
I'm also really proud to be Italian because Sergio was Italian too and I think he revolutioned filmmaking and helped to let the world know about a great actor and director: our dear Clint.

All Eastwood Fans! Good Evening O0! Nice to meet you!
I'm Japanese who's living in Japan, where's brithplace of Otaku Culture. But I'm interesting the Otaku Culture to nothing but Tifa Lockhart in Final Fantasy VII (This http://stars.ign.com/articles/875/875562p10.html ) , and I'm interesting the Rock Music and American Movie which is better than Game/Anime :P.

I'm the beginner of Eastwood fans, and I haven't watched the standard movie "Dirty Harry" and his westerns even now, I want to watch the film of Harry and western, but I've no money for DVDeeeeeee :'(!!!!!!

I was watched the movies, "Heartbreak Ridge", "Flags Of Our Fathers" and "Letters From Iwo-Jima", and I could be moved his magnanimous style, and I've got interested Clint Eastwood.

My favorite the exception of Eastwood films is...
Saving Private Ryan
Forrest Gump
Apollo13
Thin Red Line
Back To The Future Series
S.W.A.T
Downfall (Der Untergang)
Die-Hard
And the others...

Is this finished?

Please, look after me from this time, but I'm beginners of Eastwood Fans.

See you again, good-bye

Crossing The Atlantic

Hi,
I am Ralph a fishing, boating, and surfing nut.  I grew up in Cocoa Beach, Florida.  We all thought Dirty Harry was the coolest of the cool.  Especially that scene, "I can't remember if it was five or six shots"  I recently hunted this site down because someone recommended I do it.  We are setting several new world records in a boat.  We will be the smallest power boat in the history of the world to cross the Atlantic.  We will be the first "Flats Boat to cross the Atlantic. We will use less fuel than any power boat to cross the Atlantic.

Someone suggested I try to Contact Clint Eastwood Productions.  They said Our Voyage was movie worthy.  I hope someone would help me find the right contacts.  The story can be seen at www.crosstheatlantic.com

Hi, Unsinkabe300, and welcome to the Eastwood Web Board. I've tried to answer your question here:

http://www.clinteastwood.org/forums/index.php?topic=7289.msg124090#msg124090

Unfortunately, it's not very helpful, as I'm certain that Clint Eastwood isn't involved in making documentaries about projects like yours. But good luck, anyway!

Sgt. Tom 'Gunny' Highway here!

I'm a brand new member to these boards, a member here who goes by the name 'WeAllGotItCominKid' referred me
to this messageboard.

Just over the past 3 or 4 years or so I have really gotten into Eastwood's films full force. I consider him probably my favorite actor now
and love pretty much all his films, and probably own 95% of them on DVD. A shame it took me so long to discover one of if not
the greatest living icons Hollywood has ever seen.

Hopefully I'll meet some nice people on these boards, and get to talk about all things Eastwood and somethings not. Cheers!
