Yes, indeed. It's a wonderful film and so beautifully crafted by Clint Eastwood. I love it because many of us can relate to it in many different ways. I love stories like that which are so true to life. And let's not forget; this film would not have worked if it were not for the amazing acting of Clint Eastwood and especially Meryl Streep who gave one of the best performances of her career. She acted brilliantly. When she was supposed to be shy, she appeared to be shy, when she was relaxed and reserved and laughing, you can tell she was finally warmed up to the character of Robert Kinkaid. She sold her character right down to the bone. I believe this is arguably Meryl's finest work.
