Eastwood was interviewed on new Charlie Rose show today. Unfortunately, I only caught the last 8 minutes. Needless to say I was pretty bummed. From what I saw Eastwood was the sole Interview. PBS does usually replay these Interviews time to time, but when is hard to say. The 8 minutes I saw was better than the 30 minutes with Larry King.

    Hi, everyone, last night Clint was on TV with Charlie Rose on PBS...  It was an excellent exchange and I think Charlie really does admire Clint for everything he has done in his incredible career....

I missed it, but it aired on Tuesday. Charlie Rose's PBS program plays on most affiliates around 11:00pm or midnight. Then they'll often re-air it once during the following day. You'll have to keep checking his website to see when they'll re-air it again.

Thanks, Perry. I didn't know Clint would be on Charlie Rose.

Looks like you can watch the whole interview online, which is kinda cool if you missed it.

Right now, the most recent one they have on the site is the one that aired on Monday -with De Niro. I guess Clint's should be available pretty soon  8)

It was a very good Interview. Thanks for the Imfo on finding it. Charlie Rose is a top notch guy and Interviewer. The thing is Rose does his homework and certainly knows his subjects unlike Larry King. He certainly gives his interviewee a great deal of time to expound. One thing that came out of this interview was it certainly will put to rest any thought of Eastwood doing another Dirty Harry or resurrecting his films from that genre. I don't think he renounces those movies, but he moved on. From what I read in a Interview last week ( It might have been Newsday) It will take something special for Eastwood to act in another movie. I think he's pretty much decided to just direct.
