If you're using Mozilla Firefox you can goto View --> Text Size --> Increase

If you're using Internet Explorer goto View --> Text Size --> Medium and/or Larger

You can also press the cntrl button on your keyboard and turn the wheel on your mouse at the same time to increase or decrease the size of text on a webpage. I only found this out today in an email. I didn't think it would work, but it does.
