I was watching the bonus disc of Million Dollar Baby and noticed that the actress/boxer who played "The Blue Bear" said that Hillary Swank suffered a broken nose during the making of the film.  I was wondering if the scene where she gets a broken nose in the movie is this real broken nose or did the broken nose occur off screen?

My guess is it occurred off-screen. Maybe before the film was shot when she was training in NY or LA. But I couldn't tell for sure  :-X

Although I really doubt they would use her real broken nose for a scene. I don't know, that just doesn't seem right -not like Eastwood to do that either.
