Let's open up nominations for the next movie night....

I would kind of like to stick with one more western myself....

I game for anything but The Good the Bad and the Ugly sounds pretty good to me so that's my nomination.  Anyone one else have any ideas?

The trouble with The Good, the Bad and the Ugly is that it's so long, especially if we do the restored version. You'd need at least four breaks and that would make it more than three and a half hours! Of course, maybe we could do it in two installments.

Some other suggestions: Space Cowboys, Bronco Billy (that one just might lure Matt back for an evening), The Gauntlet.

Any others?

How about The Enforcer, Every Which Way But Loose, or A Fistful Of Dollars?

We did do A Fistful Of Dollars once. Not that we couldn't do it again; we've done Unforgiven twice. :)

Since the last couple of Movie Nights have been Westerns, maybe it would be fun to do a non-Western this time? ??? (I know I'm going against D'Amb here ... ;) )

I like Fhil's other suggestions. :)

Every Which Way But Loose
The Enforcer

It would be fun to see Every Which Way again and to read the new members posts on it.

Quite right KC, quite right...  I'll withdrawl my nomination of The Good the bad and the Ugly and we can steer clear of the westerns this time around per your suggestion KC, so let's scratch Fistful of Dollars as well.

So far we've got:

Every Which Way But Loose
The Enforcer
Bronco Billy
The Gauntlet
Space Cowboys
Bronco Billy

Anyone else want to throw out a nomination?

Of those six films I only have two. :D  I think I'm sticking with my Enforcer nomination.

Have never been involved in one of these.

Unless I couldn't make it for some important reason you will get me for Every which way but loose.  8)

So, is it time to post a poll, then? ???

I hope that whatever film and date we select, a lot of you can be there! We like to have a "quorum" of at least five. :)

I'd love to see Every Which Way But Loose during a movie night!  O0

It'll give us all some inspiration for Philo's competition!
