No, I don't think so, and I agree with you that Eastwood was courageous to play the last two scenes as written.

I love this film as well. I am glad that I was finally able to see a Clint Eastwood movie together with you folks.
We are about to go out to eat some yummy Tex- Mex food. I will look at these posts again later tonight.
