That would be Edda Dell'Orso.



Her voice can also be heard on the soundtracks of For a Few Dollars More and Once Upon a Time in the West.

If you read Italian, the Italian version of Wikipedia has a bit about her here (even if you don't there's a list of her soundtracks and a discography):
