It's nice hearing you finally speaking out your thoughts about my Clint/William comparisons, KC! You were always very quiet about the subject 8)

Yeah ok, William isn't squinty eyed but I always have explained the reasons...both are classy, tall, handsome...they were made from the same mold :)

Even my other half and a group of friends who are here right now can't see the likeness between Clint nad Fichtner.   you seem to be the one of very few who can Aline.  ;)

I think they look quite similar actually. Their face bone structures does have som similarity but comparing those two pictures there's only one picture that sends out warmth and that's the gentlemen to the left  :)

I actually see what you are saying with your Clint/William comparisons, but they look alike in the same sense that, say,  Kurt Russell and Elvis look alike.  I never look at Kurt Russell and think, "Wow, he looks a lot like Elvis."  But when attempting to look like Elvis for the 1979 movie, he was able to pull it off better than Gene Hackman,  Don Knotts, or Larry Hagman could have done because his features were more similar to Elvis than theirs.  I think  William has similar enough features to play him in a movie, but I don't look at him and think, "He looks like Clint Eastwood."  Just my view.

Thanks Owl and herofan for partially agreeing with me.

First time I saw William in Invasion (tv series) I thought it was Clint. The similarities I saw between them kept me watching the series and made me a William fan. I have always said they aren't identical, William has more subtle features but I always will see resemblances maybe because of the elegant posture and how they both are good playing tough characteres.

I googled images of William Fitchner and I will have to say that among the hundreds of pictures there, most do not remind me of Clint, but there are a few that at the right angle and such do look a bit like Clint.  With the right hairstyle, he could definitely play Clint in a movie.

You just said it. In some pictures he doesn't remind Clint at all, he isn't squinty but watch him im Prison Break season 2... he could play Dirty Harry, or even Clint anytime. And the whole physical posture is very similar too.

Well I think they are both good looking men but alike......Not really.

Clint IMO has the edge on Hugh Jackman. Even though I am a Wolverine fan give me Clint everytime.

TwoMules, if you only knew ...

Hugh Jackman

Hugh Jackman/Dirty Harry

Clint Eastwood look alike - Hugh Jackman!

This (in my mind, misguided) notion has come up a few other times, too, notably when Jackman starred in Australia a couple of years back. I guess some folks must see it. Personally, I don't. ;)

Sorry KC, I didn't realise this topic had come up so many times :D

I also don't think Clint Looks Like Wolverine from X-Men, played by actor Hugh Jackman. The only similarity is the hair.

KC, Do you think Brian Cooper is a Clint Lookalike? ;)

Hey, nice try Twomules!  I'm almost inspired to get a western-styled costume for Halloween this year.  Maybe....
