There are a couple of sites that sell replicas. Be advised: They're not cheap.

You can sometimes find less expensive ponchos on eBay, but the quality is usually questionable and they often don't look anything like the poncho featured in the "Man with No Name" films.

Has anyone bought one these ponchos? Are they heavy, warm, itchy(for eczema).....your thoughts please.

There is also an Australian site that looks like it recently started shipping from the United states as well as Australia. http://www.mexicanponcho.com.au/costumes/clint-eastwood-poncho/

Those ones are $149.95 AUD (approx. $130 USD) and are currently doing free shipping in Australia, New Zealand and USA and I think they deliver everywhere else for a small fee.

I bought one about 2 months ago and the quality is excellent. 100% wool and apparently hand woven. They do sell a few different colors though and as people have said, the olive green is the actual color of the original.
