I would ask him if I could sit in and watch him work on his current film. To be able to sit and listen, maybe even ask him questions while he directs. Someone could learn a lot about film making that way.

I would ask him about his personal feelings towards life, love, favorite foods, does he watch his own movies, about his family, places he has visited, why sandra locke, and then really see is people born on the same day have simular experiances and traits.

I once saw an interview with Dina Eastwood where she said that she had never seen Dirty Harry until after she and Clint were dating.  They decided to rent it one night.

Can you imagine Clint at Blockbuster renting Dirty Harry?  ;D

I took it from that story that Clint didn't even own his own movies.

Matt, that imagine made me laugh so hard!  I could see the clerk going "Oh, you should like this one, it's my dad's favorite movie, but it's before my time.  Wow, the guy on the cover kind of looks like you, sir."  Maybe he wore a disguise.  of course, one would hope he could have picked up a copy from Warner Bros.

I'd ask Clint if he needed a script writer. ;D

Aside: Do you think he gave Dina a commentary during the movie?

I could think of hundreds of questions to ask  about his movies.. but I'd like to ask him what it was like seeing Charlie Parker play live.

:o  OOh!! This BBS has been updated already!! I'm really happy to see this and surprised!!

Anyway, in my case, I'd ask him if he makes my day (??), but actually I'd be nervous, so I wouldn't say anything!

As you know he is about 6.3 feet tall(192cm tall), but i'm omly about 5.5 feet tall(169cm tall),,,uh-, he is so big!! :-[

My question would be, 'Can I please work as your number one camera man, on your next movie?'

I remember hearing Dina Eastwood say she hadn't seen hardly any of Clint's movies at the time she met him. That may have been that Oprah interview.

I change mine.  "Mr. Eastwood.  I seem to have lost your daughter's phone number, can I please have it again?"

And then if I get the "squint", I run like hell.

He wouldnt give you the benefit of a squint. He'd just start whooping your ass. But, hey theres an upside. You can get your ass kicked by Clint Eastwood. CLINT EASTWOOD!!
