Then it is already well known here and not worth posting again. Sorry for this.

Hello,

I have heard about one event during the production of "A Perfect World" (maybe it has already been mentioned here before).

It was during the scene where Costner steals the clothes from the farmer and waves. The actor who played the farmer did not wave back or a little too late and Costner got angry, went to his trailer and stayed there. Eastwood wanted to continue with filming and therefore used a double instead of Costner. When Costner heard about this he could not believe that he had continued filming without him. Eastwood told him he would use a double whenever he caused any delay again. After that they got along well.

Off-Topic Discussion / Re: Movies I have watched this week

Hello

Remembering George A. Romero

"Day of the Dead"

For me one of the best horror films ever made and one of the biggest disappointments in the history of film, because he could not film his original screenplay.

And the performance by Lori Cardille is my favourite performance by an actress (along Jessica Walter in "Play Misty for Me").

Hello,

my favorite Eastwood-Siegel film "Escape from Alcatraz".

It is still for me one of his best acting performances.

The Dirty Harry Films / Re: Favourite Harry movie?
« on: October 09, 2016, 07:00:44 AM »
Hello

My favourite Harry movie is "Magnum Force". I like the work of Ted Post and the brief scene with Clint and Mitchell Ryan is one of my favourite  Eastwood scenes.

And I like "The Enforcer". The cinematography is great and I always wonder why Charles W. Short did not work on more Malpaso movies.
