General Discussion / ANOTHER CLINT WESTERN ON THE DOUBLE!
« on: August 01, 2004, 09:12:31 PM »
:osomeone please tell me that clint will be making another western sometime soon in the future. He needs one badly so badly. Hell, john wayne had ten times more then clint and he even did westerns when he was in his 70's. I just hope one comes up very sooooooooooon.

well hes obviousely not like his father then. Still, I think it would make his family even more famous if he also played in westerns!

I had a conversation with someone about the whole issue with another eastwood western. Considering Clint is getting old, why can't his son play in a western? I mean it would be great to see his son play maybe the next "The Man With no name" or something. What do you people think?

i definately agree. To be honest i thought it was better then a fistful because the story was just better. :P

General Discussion / the gun clint used in the gbu
« on: July 20, 2004, 05:05:32 AM »
That pistol he used in the GBU was i believe a revolover that took black powder. The earlier versions were made like that and believe or not i own a pistol that looks almost identical to the one Clinte used in the movie.

I loved this movie! The story, the plot, the action, everything!  The only thing that needed alittle work was the gun sound effects other then that it was really good. To be honest i thought it was better then its predecessor (a fistfull) because it had a better script and plus it was cool having lee Van Cleef play his part. He always manages to be good in his  movies. What do you people think? :)

yeah thats true, I mean i never was really fond of the confederate political ideals, But i did really thought  they had a very well disciplined and good army even though it was made up of farmers and hill billies.

in the movie josey wales, it seemed as if whenever they went in to battle, he still manage to survive even though they lost some fight. I mean look at if this way, if there had been a hundred josey wales on the battle field, then they would anniliate the entire union army.  :o

angeleyesTHE2nd -

Have you checked your PM's?  I sent you a PM asking you to resize the images in this thread because they are too big and throw the format off.  Please do that.

Also, you need to provide a link to the internet site where you found the images.
excuse me but i have no clue how to resize the damn picture unless i resize it and i give it to you so you can post it? sounds fair

Clint Eastwood Westerns / Hang em High-hang em low
« on: July 09, 2004, 04:13:17 PM »
:-\I just saw Hang em High a few days ago and i must admit it was not the best Clint Eastwood western i have seen. To be honest i was pretty excited af first until when i got  to 60% movie, it got alittle boring. I mean come on, the only cool gun fight in the movie was when he takes that guy on in the bar. Also it was too smoochy, I think they didn't need to have the romance songs in there. I mean yeah its nice to see Clint get along with the ladies but still its too hunky dorry. They could just leave that stuff out and have like music that is more exciting!

Clint Eastwoods character was alright but  it had way to much talking and little action.  I mean Clint is a good actor don't get me wrong, but still you have to have alot of gun fights to make the movie more enjoyable.

I think this movie was one of Clints worst ever due to the fact it was short on gun fights and brutality. I would have to give it a 4/10 for effort, gunfights, and characters acting.
