I haven't the foggiest idea how to get certain people from yelling into their phones. I think they are the same people who listen to their music tool loud. One annoyed passenger on a bus annoyed the noisy cellphone user by loudly repeating everything Mr. Noisy said. It was a tremendous battle of the wills.
