:osomeone please tell me that clint will be making another western sometime soon in the future. He needs one badly so badly. Hell, john wayne had ten times more then clint and he even did westerns when he was in his 70's. I just hope one comes up very sooooooooooon.

General Discussion / will Kyle Eastwood ever play in a western
« on: July 25, 2004, 04:07:56 PM »
I had a conversation with someone about the whole issue with another eastwood western. Considering Clint is getting old, why can't his son play in a western? I mean it would be great to see his son play maybe the next "The Man With no name" or something. What do you people think?

General Discussion / the gun clint used in the gbu
« on: July 20, 2004, 05:05:32 AM »
That pistol he used in the GBU was i believe a revolover that took black powder. The earlier versions were made like that and believe or not i own a pistol that looks almost identical to the one Clinte used in the movie.

I loved this movie! The story, the plot, the action, everything!  The only thing that needed alittle work was the gun sound effects other then that it was really good. To be honest i thought it was better then its predecessor (a fistfull) because it had a better script and plus it was cool having lee Van Cleef play his part. He always manages to be good in his  movies. What do you people think? :)

General Discussion / josey wales-confederate
« on: July 12, 2004, 06:19:20 PM »
in the movie josey wales, it seemed as if whenever they went in to battle, he still manage to survive even though they lost some fight. I mean look at if this way, if there had been a hundred josey wales on the battle field, then they would anniliate the entire union army.  :o

Clint Eastwood Westerns / Hang em High-hang em low
« on: July 09, 2004, 04:13:17 PM »
:-\I just saw Hang em High a few days ago and i must admit it was not the best Clint Eastwood western i have seen. To be honest i was pretty excited af first until when i got  to 60% movie, it got alittle boring. I mean come on, the only cool gun fight in the movie was when he takes that guy on in the bar. Also it was too smoochy, I think they didn't need to have the romance songs in there. I mean yeah its nice to see Clint get along with the ladies but still its too hunky dorry. They could just leave that stuff out and have like music that is more exciting!

Clint Eastwoods character was alright but  it had way to much talking and little action.  I mean Clint is a good actor don't get me wrong, but still you have to have alot of gun fights to make the movie more enjoyable.

I think this movie was one of Clints worst ever due to the fact it was short on gun fights and brutality. I would have to give it a 4/10 for effort, gunfights, and characters acting.

General Discussion / the tiger tank in Kellys heros
« on: July 08, 2004, 10:15:29 PM »
:)IF any of you recall in the movie "Kellys Heroes" with Clint Eastwood, there were 3 tiger tanks that looked extremely well done.

In actuality though, the chassis was originally from a T-34 tank with wheels added up to 8 all together. However, unlike the real thing, They did not overlap each other Plus, they edited the chassis by making the sides look exactly like a Tigers armor plating.

Clint Eastwood Westerns / Angel Eyes death makes him look weak
« on: July 05, 2004, 11:51:44 PM »
To be honest I think the director could have atleast tried to make Angeleyes more tougher in the end when facing blondie and Tuco. I think Blondie shoulda been wounded during the draw while Tuco could just stand there with an unloaded gun. I thought sergio coulda atleast made clint look not so unstoppable because in real gun fights no matter who wins, they too can get hurt during the process of winning. Its not like their the fastest in the world their just lucky.
