I have heard on this board that Clint still has his poncho from the dollars trilogy. Does he still have his Colt Navy pistol? as well as other guns he has used in his movies?

Clint Eastwood Westerns / Modern Westerns Just don't cut it

I last week I watched Open Range, ok it took a while for it to be released over in New Zealand.
It had a great performance by Duval. I'm not a big fan of Costner, just not believable to me.
Clints got soem big boots to fill and Costner just doesn't cut it. I haven't even seen his version of Wyatt Earp.
Can anyone bring back the epic opera experience of the dollars triolgy? or the grit and realism of Unforgiven?
I don't think so. Mr Eastwood please please just one more western.

I remmeber bits of it. Is it a comedy?
Should I buy this movie for my collection?
Or ommit it like I have Joe Kidd?
Give me some good reasons to watch/buy

Clint Eastwood Westerns / Guns used on the Outlaw Joesy Wales

I have just watched The Outlaw Joesy Wales
and was wondering if he uses the similar guns as in the dollars trilogy ?

I noticed in the final shoot out scene with the red legs
Joesy has an extra gun stuck in belt in front of him.
When did he pick that up in the movie? or is this a dumb question please help?

Clint Eastwood Westerns / Joe Kidd the worst of Clints westerns?

Hi there all, I have been a long time fan of Clint Eastwood westerns and his other films.
I recently saw Joe Kidd and was dissapointed.
The movie lacked pass and plot.
I guess I was expecting an epic opera experience like in the "dollars trilogy"  
The film seemed to go no where, and the ending was abit over the top.

I'd be interested to hear fans views on this film.
