No. Please not another Dirty Harry movie. If they someone other than Clint to play Harry, that is sacrilege. Just sacrilege.

It's opening in Seattle. Dang. I wonder if it will come to one of the crappy theaters out my way.

Clint Eastwood Westerns / Re: Best Showdown

I've always loved the one in the beginning of A Fistful of Dollars.

Leone did an excellent job on the shootout at the end of GBU too. No matter how many times that I watch it, I can never guess when the guys are gonna draw.

In Unforgiven, that shootout in the saloon is excellent. Clint does a great job as Munny. The best moment is when he shoots the bartender with the shotgun. He shoulda armed himself...

General Discussion / Kell's Heroes and Three Kings
« on: November 04, 2004, 03:40:16 AM »
My question is this. Is Three Kings a remake of Kelly's Heroes?

A simple yes or no will suffice. In case you haven't already guessed, I'm just kidding about that last bit, but I seriously think that the two films resemble each other just a little too much to be a coincidence, but that's just me. Other people differ.  ;)

yeah , that was like a surreal reference , A shetland pony , Harry must have some wierd ass sexual fantasies .

Maybe that is exactly what he had. You never really know.

Run Dirty Harry a couple times on a Network and it might sell.  :D I think that you'd just have to get some name recognition out there.

Put your self in Josey's shoes. In during the credits you see some of Josey's friends die. Also, his family gets wiped out. Then all the friends that he have left except one are killed. He rides around and adopts a new family and meets some new friends. Meanwhile, he kills some more folk, while still on the run from the Federals. He finally finishes off "Captain Redlegs" and his band, while defending his new family and their farm. He finally sees a chance to put the past behind him and get back to the farm. He takes it.

Also, I think that his pistols were empty too.  ;)

Anyone though where I could find a picture of Clint from the 'Nothin' like a good piece of hickory' scene in Pale Rider, preferably when Clint is holding the axe handle?

Dyin' aint much of a livin' boy.

You shouldn't play with matches.

Thanks KC.  :)

That one was funny as heck! Now, I'm gonna have to find a copy of the hunter.

It's not really a car chase, but the horse vs. motorcycle chase in True Lies, was pretty good.

Anyone know where they filmed that portion?

The last car chase in White Lightning was pretty cool. That movie was full of car chases.

That is not him.

Another Clue:

I think that Harry Callahan has a point.

I'll try it.

I like to play morally bankrupt authority figures and crafty villains.

I'm from Canada.

I've been in two Clint Eastwood films.
