Eastwood News / Re: Clint Eastwood’s next project

He has stated "working till 105" ....
Suppose we are entering the next phase of his career ,concerning his last film rather his last staring role.

No health problems at all.
There are various pics from recent occasions published from members of his family on Instagram (at least).
He looks as always .
His first wife Maggie has memory issues though

Thanks for the link :)
That said one has to admit that this doc is probably the worst one ever about Mr Eastwood.
It's really laughable the way they narrate another -probably public domain or at least cheap enough- previous effort on the same subject.
Seriously now ?

hello everyone,
it's been almost 2 years and yet there is no word on Clint's next project. this total silence made me to take it on twitter and asked his publicist, SUZANNE, what Eastwood is busy with right now. She said that a film and a documentary have been finalized at WB. She continued that she can provide no more information on the matter.

I can't say for sure that this account is legit. But I really hope that this is true. what do you think?

Just read an insta post about Mr Eastwood attending a doc film premiere. He is refereed as the narrator  of the documentary, the subject of which is the Monteray Bay National Marine Sanctuary. I suppose this is the doc mentioned from "Suzanne" and expect further good news asap😀

Thanks Mac

Hearing from a Malpaso source that as of yesterday, "another project has been finalized today for another film that the boss will direct."
Tantalising and no details, but hopefully a positive sign....

Any news ?

Happy birthday Mr Eastwood.

Saw it again .Liked it better this time. Nobody mentioned it yet but at the end of the credits there is a dedication to Alan (Murray I suppose)

On second thought...
This is Mr Eastwood's most Japanese film to this day.
I didn't forget about Letters . The rythm is I'm talking about

Just came back from the theater.
I originally wanted to post at the no spoilers thread but then I thought that there are no spoilers to reveal.
The whole movie is on the trailer.
The film has great cinematography, believable characters & above average acting.Great score also.
The main fact is that nothing really happens on screen. A road movie with no drama just Clint walking or driving around for a couple of hours while giving lessons of life & humanity to his companion (Rafo is played better than Gran Torino's Thao apparently).
That's fine for us members of the board but not friendly for the average moviegoer.
Overall a slow paced road movie and an interesting addition to Mr Eastwood's filmography, who seems to expand his legacy as far as his ageing allows.
4/5 for me.

Still no reviews around despite the fact that the film opens tomorrow.
Only the occasional star track surfaced and looks appealing considering the evaluation ranges  between 3 &. 4 out of 5.

Thursday 16 here in Greece.
Can't wait.
Cross your fingers  that we stay healthy till then 😁

A 90 year old man unable to go skiing this Christmas decides to direct and star in a neowestern movie instead, despite a global pandemic. He concludes filming a couple of months later. As announced he is the solo attraction of the movie...
I don't think that I'm able to describe any more ;D
