     'Thanks' to this site and Sartana's original post, without which I'd still be waiting for the day.
   I'll prize that no3 queuing voucher more than the actual ticket :) :D ;D

No worries!  ;D It was  great to see Clint in the flesh, but i couldn't help but feel a bit cheated by the fact it was Parkinson doing the interviewing.  It's still annoying me that he let Tarbuck ask a question. ??? Had a few drinks (free!) in the bar after, it's a shame Clint didn't stick around.
Right, back to work. ::)

 ;D Hi. Hope everyone enjoyed it!! It was great, a shame he didn't stick around for a drink afterwards, i certainly did (hence the lack of writing here). -  :P
Bit annoyed that Jimmy bloody Tarbuck stole someones opportunity to ask Clint a question. The silly sod! (Tarbuck, not Clint!). ???

The Dirty Harry Films / Re: Are you for another Dirty Harry?
« on: September 08, 2003, 01:46:44 AM »
I don't think it'd be a good idea but hey, what do i know!
As for another actor playing Harry...It reeks too much of a hideous hollywood remake (eg Get Carter, The Italian job..). Mind you, i guess it won't be too long before 'they' start remaking films like Dirty Harry, the french connection etc..
It's Monday morning so excuse the hysterical typing!

Cheers for the info. I love that cinema. Saw the remastered 'apocalypse now' print there and the sound was amazing.
I can hear it now..'Broadsword calling Danny Boy...'

Mine was Unforgiven. There's a cinema near me which has now closed down where they'd let you in even if you were underage. A bit naughty but i saw some great films there and i've never looked back.

:)  Yes, good idea KC.  I was thinking of just turning up to see if there were any cancellations, or at least phoning up until the day (it would be quite a pain to travel the length of England to be told to get lost! :-\)...or just bribing the doorman! ;D

Hi Lilly. They have returned tickets for sale on the day (why any one would want to return them is a mystery!).
So you may be lucky!

Hey Sartana.. great news. Are there any tickets still available ?

Hi. They had some left yesterday, but they may have sold out by now. It hasn't been advertised in the press yet so no one really knows about it.
