mary mary, would I be out of line if I said I love you?  ;D
That's the best news I've heard since...ever.

But, that sucks about This Side of Forever...

It belongs on the OST.  I've never been so crazy about the song...but, I looked
forward to seeing it in the release. Just knowing it was there would have made me happy. long does this soundtrack process take usually?

;D I hope not!  I liked The Dead Pool poster best.

I think it seemed cool because of the different magnum used on the cover, opposite
of Clint's face.  Now, that the Sudden Impact OST is being released, I wonder when The Dead Pool
joins the party.

I remember posting an article saying Lalo Schifrin doesn't know if it will be released because the Musician Union would
require a re-use fee.  He doesn't if they have the budget.  I would be the first ever release of that score. >:( :(

The film is in pre-production. Very little is confirmed.  There is no cast at this point. We don't even know who the writer is.
However, Clint is slated to direct and star in a film called Gran Torino.

Warner Bros. has kept Gran Torino such a big secret, it's unclear when the movie will begin shooting,
or if it has already begun production.  Warner Bros. has been quiet about his project & that makes me think "Dirty Harry."

It has a December 2008 release date, so I think we should know a lot more soon.
I'm holding him to that because Clint's really a man of his word.

Million Dollar Baby was shot in June/July 2004 and released in December 2004.
Letters from Iwo Jima, which was shot March/April 2006 and released December that same year.

It may be a coincidence that these three movies see December as a release, maybe Clint likes December so much, his movies
must be released for that month.  I don't know, I'm not a doctor.

The Clint Eastwood Forums bring fans, like us, together to discuss topics about our favorite living legend.
We have a great habit of keeping each other posted about certain "Clint - related" events.

All five Dirty Harry films are being re-released in HD DVD and loaded with new special features.  Lalo Schifrin has the Sudden Impact
soundtrack being released in a month, and I'm still on the edge about whether The Dead Pool OST will ever see the light of day.

And, yes, the supposed 6th Dirty Harry film, Gran Torino.  Stick around.
Chin up, you two.  When we know something, you'll know something.  :)

I don't know if you'll think this is bad or good...but Clint will not be playing Callahan like he used to.
He will be playing him more his age.  Look at this short article:

I agree.
Sudden Impact and The Dead Pool are awful.
I wish they just kept the original poster art.

The grandson piece would be pretty hard to swallow.

Your right, Southern cat.
My view:
Harry marries Sam Walker after the events of The Dead Pool.  They had a son that very year.
By the 1990's, Sam divorces Callahan because of the work he does...maybe she doesn't like it.  Callahan retires for the force sometime in the mid to late nineties.  His son, feeling his fathers work is incomplete (can't think of another reason), studies hard and follows in his father's footsteps to become a police officer.  After this, Gran Torino mission starts after his son is killed.  Callahan then comes out of retirement working on his own, or with a little help from fellow officers, to find the killer of his young police officer son.

I've found some possible matches from The Gauntlet's.
If anyone can help me out, I would REALLY appreciate it.

As for The Enforcer, Ray ban style A.  They appear on eBay from time to time.

Well, I finally saw it.  I thought it was pretty good.  I haven't seen a Clint movie were he's a spy...or a college professor.

So, what'd you guys think of Clint's lisp? ;D
