Lucky you.I'll have to wait about a month to receive my amazon package here in Greece. You can easily imagine my anticipation because I never had the opportunity to watch a single episode.

I'd pay at least 3 times more,if I had the chance to enjoy it today. And if I'm allowed to repeat ...THE VOICE....

I agree. The first time I saw it,had the same feelings as I had for Eastwood's western legacy during watching Unforgiven.BW is a very underrated film, who wasn't well advertised like TRUE CRIME,and couldn't find an audience. Here in Greece it had a very limited release,  although the theatre I watched it when it premiered was full, and it was a disaster.

Happy Birthday from Greece.

Clint Eastwood Westerns / Re: fistfull screening

Unfortunately only 30 people attended the screening.Sadly there was a strike on public transportation today.I also have to mention that because of the place where the theatre stands you can't easily use your own car.Anyhow I was there and had a great evening.

I feel very happy, because on Monday I'll have the opportunity to watch once more in the big screen A FISTFULL OF DOLLARS.It is presented through a 1960S Italian cinema retrospective and although the time isn't helpfull{18:00} I'll be there.Last time I saw the film at a theatre was 3 years ago, when it was re released.

A week ago I was tagged.I replied instantly a wrong way I think. Please forgive me for re answering Kc's question, about a possible adaptation of a Greek tragedy.
The only mythological hero that I'm fond of is Ulysses, and although his story has been adapted in one of my favourite nonEastwood films (IL ritorno di Ringo starring G.Gemma) I'd like to see a remake with Clint starring.

I hate too disagree but I think a little bit odd the idea that Clint is too old to carry a magnum, but in great shape for riding horses.
I don't know.I recall my friends reactions some years ago when I informed them that Clint would go to space. At first they laughed, but after seeing the movie loved it.Same responses a decade later with the bridges.
Anyway apart from our thoughts one is for sure

Don't know if I'm doing this correctly but here is my two questions:

MATT:which in your opinion is the least enjoyable film Clint starred in?

TGY:Ιf you had to chose another star for the role of Little Bill in UNFORGIVEN who would be the one?

I love everything with Eastwood in it.If I had to chose a favourite film I'd say For a few dollars more, because it's the best of the trilogy and I grew up watctimes hing this film constantly.I stopped counting the  I've seen it at the age of 11 and the number was 22.
This is my favourite film, but I have to add Pale Rider ,because it was the last film I saw with a person very close to me,who is no longer among us.

hello everybody,

as I informed through my introduction post I live in Greece. The good thing in my country is that I have the ability to view great European film productions {spaghetti westerns for example}and documentaries like the one I saw once more yesterday about Sergio Leone{including a rare Eastwood interview].Another good thing is that the films unlike most of Europe countries are being  released subtitled. The bad thing is that I'll probably never have the chance to meet Clint in person. But the worst of all happens when you won't to buy an American film other than the recent blockbasters. The market is awful. And that's the reason why I desperately need your help.Although all of Clint's films were released in theatres {except Honkytonk Man/video release 1987}because of my age I haven't seen 1]NEVER SAY GOODBUY 2]THE FIRST TRAVELLING SALESLADY 3]STAR IN THE DUST 4]ESCAPADE IN JAPAN.Does anybody know where I can buy them ?Money or region doesn't bother me.
Please make my day...

hello everybody.I'm supposed to be the newest member but you can trust me telling you that I've been around for awhile{forgive my spelling I forgot my dictionary}.Anyway my name is Antonis,I live in Greece and I'm a huge EASTWOOD fun since I first saw GBU at the sensitive age of 5{26 years ago). You can imagine the impact of this experience considering that this was the first time I went to a movie. The last thing I'd like to add is that I have a son ,who is now 2 years old and spelled the name CLINT before mine.        Thankyou all for your time and sorry for any grammar mistakes on my language.
