Found this interesting snippet from a newspaper:

Hi all,

Hope everyone is okay.

Does anyone have this magazine that they would like to sell?

Thanks for posting! Clint's appearance is as to be expected at 93, nearing 94 and it's nice to see even the Daily Mail has nice things to say (frail but spirited).

Keep going Clint! To be still directing movies at your age and have that spark that keeps you getting up in the morning is a huge achievement - an inspiration!

I finally was able to get the Peter J Hanley book from ebay, very slight damage to the edge of the spine but a huge book worthy of anyones collection. Definitely pick it up if you get the chance, they are going for stupid money usually but if you can grab it for ?100 or so then worth it.

Hi malpaso_PL,

Thanks for letting us know about the new English translation of your huge Clint Eastwood book. I'm definitely going to be purchasing it when it is available on Amazon.

I am happy to report that my interview with Richard Tuggle has been reprinted in issue# 8 of THE SAN FRANCISCAN!
 Bruce Marshall

Digital version

Thank you Bruce, I've just read the edited interview and it is very interesting, amazing that Richard went from a non-screenwriter to having Don Siegel direct and Clint star in the screenplay in such a short amount of time. The stuff that dreams are made of!

It was about GBP 80 delivered so pretty expensive, but it'll be nice to have it in the collection. I thought it was an unusual one for them to pick and I'm thankful they did. Can't wait until the 4K release of Escape From Alcatraz later this year too.

I saw that a company in China had released a special edition (I guess just the artwork and packaging) of The Begulied. The artwork can be seen here:

It's limited to just 200 worldwide. I've managed to get one from a guy in the US so will do a detailed review of it on the forum when it arrives. (is it too much to ask that it contains the 12 minute documentary that Clint directed!)

Yeah I saw that piece of news, that will be interesting to watch. We know Clint has a lifelong empathy and love for animals. Cool that he is still lending his talents to worthwhile causes.

Hi all,

I used to be an avid Clint collector but sold all my stuff as I got fed up moving it around the country. We've settled down now and so I'm looking to get some decent items I loved back again. Does anyone have any Clint items they wish to sell?

Let me know here or via PM, interested in most things, I have the majority of the books already but there are a few I'm missing such as the huge GBU book and the Bill Gold poster book. I'm after magazines in general, I have some of the UK ones but the US ones I'm keen on.

Hi SK, hope you've been well.

We've finally settled down from moving all over the UK and we have a small bungalow. Our girls are 13 and 8 now so time has flown by as everyone said it would!

Hi everyone, it has been a while since I last visited!

I hope everyone has been keeping well.

Just saw this, unfortunately I can't make it on Sunday but I would love to see the 12 minute The Storyteller.

Thanks Antonis, I enjoyed watching it and will buy it when it is released but also agree that it was nothing new for fans like us that have seen more interesting documentaries.

Happy 83rd Clint! You've set the bar very high for productivity & longevity  O0

Will us Brits be able to pick this up on Sky tv or could we watch via internet?

I really want to see this  :)

I thought that this was going to be on TCM on Sky TV but I've looked at the listings for 30th May and it's not scheduled here. It is going to be for sale but I think only as part of the 40 DVD and 20 Blu-ray box sets so I think I'll wait until they release it as a single disc.
