Damn,if only I had time to write something other than "just watched both of the films and loved them".Especially Play Misty For Me which is permanently on my top 5 of Eastwood films...than again you guys have said pretty much all that there is to say about these films.Very intresting read.

Dave has a great wardrobe. I want some of those shirts.

I don't think they're still in business. But you can find vintage items on eBay and Etsy. ;)

Oh man... I forgot how crazy that girl was!  Brings back memories of when my roomate's girlfriend would show up at the apartment looking for him (because he didn't want to be found), wouldn't leave and then slept in his bed waiting for him.  I would call and tell him that she was over and towards the end he wouldn't even bother coming back to the apartment...  I'd make her breakfast in the AM and she would leave.

I didn't even think to look. Thanks. :)  Nothing I like right now, mainly jackets, but I'll keep checking for more shirts like the Misty shirt.

Just watched a documentary on Roberta Flack on Showtime and there's a couple of segments in the film talking about Clint using her song The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face in Play Misty For Me.  Clint had called her at her home in Virginia and her mother told her that some man named Clint Eastwood was calling for her.  And Clint told her that he wanted to use the entire length of the song (5:16) in the movie and didn't want her to shorten it which surprised Flack.

Thought folks here would find this interesting.....
