Hi Everyone! Anyone else going to this. I have got my tickets, can't wait to see the film, i may even pluck up the courage to ask Mr Eastwood a question!
I have been to a few of these Guardian talks before and they are excellent!

Now showing at the NFT

Special Preview: Mystic River + The Guardian Interview with Clint Eastwood
To coincide with a preview of his acclaimed new film, an adaptation of Denis Lehane's bestseller about three friends in Boston caught up in two traumatising tragic incidents, we are honoured and delighted to once again welcome bfi Fellow Clint Eastwood to the NFT stage to discuss his latest movie and his career in general. The film, which boasts a superb cast, is another of the director's dark, thought-provoking and dramatically intense studies of the effects of violent crime, guilt and retributive vengeance on individuals and the community at large, and was deservingly greeted with a standing ovation when it premiered at this year's Cannes Film Festival. Preview courtesy of Warner Bros.

Hi. They had some left yesterday, but they may have sold out by now. It hasn't been advertised in the press yet so no one really knows about it.

Darn, Lilly! Why not just go that night, and maybe you can pick up a returned ticket, or someone who's going might have an extra?

In my early days in New York, my motto was always "There's no such thing as a sold-out house!"

:)  Yes, good idea KC.  I was thinking of just turning up to see if there were any cancellations, or at least phoning up until the day (it would be quite a pain to travel the length of England to be told to get lost! :-\)...or just bribing the doorman! ;D

I was staying in Munich one time and I took the train up to Bayreuth the day they were doing Tristan und Isolde. It had been sold out for maybe a year, so I told myself I was just doing it to see the sights in the town. And what do you know ... I GOT A TICKET. (Bought it from someone in a group that had one ticket too many for some reason or other.)

Still one of the best memories of my opera-going career.  8)

Hi Lilly. They have returned tickets for sale on the day (why any one would want to return them is a mystery!).
So you may be lucky!

I saw the new Sun Records doc at this venue followed by a Q & A session with the legendary Sam Phillips and it was excellent.
Even tho' my seats aint great it shouldn't matter too much.
