Yay, another one I know without looking it up (well, I had to look it up to check the Eastwood co-stars but I knew they were in there) ... Bob Dylan was in Peckinpah's Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid (1973) (he played a character named "Alias") with Matt Clark (The Beguiled, The Outlaw Josey Wales, Honkytonk Man) and Harry Dean Stanton (Kelly's Heroes). Dub Taylor (Thunderbolt and Lightfoot) also has an uncredited bit.

New one: Maximilian Schell.
