Juliette Binoche was in the most overrated film of 1996, The English Patient, with Liisa Repo-Martell, who played "Silky" in Unforgiven, where she was mis-billed as "Faith" ... in the credits she and Beverly Elliott, who played Faith, got switched around!  :o

well clint eastwood was on the tonight show with jay leno :) but that doesn't count
Actually, Eastwood was IN a movie with Leno, namely Space Cowboys, where Leno played himself ... this probably should have been "disqualified," Allycat! ;)

That wasn't actually the link I was thinking of...you didn't get it! There's another film he's in...you missed it. I can't remember whether it's a two-stepper or not now...I think so!

Do you want me to post it or...?

Well I didn't realise about Leno being in Space Cowboys... obviously that wasn't my link...I didn't see it credited anywhere, I must have missed that one.

Ok, if someone else wants to post the next one then...KC? I'll post my link even though you think it wasn't legit ;) I would never want to do anything...illegal ;)

Leno was in American Hot Wax with Jo Ann Harris who was in The Beguiled.

Did you see Space Cowboys, Allycat? It's hard to forget about that Tonight Show scene.  ;)

Since Jay Leno actually was in Americathon with Chief Dan George from The Outlaw Josey Wales, tmw3nyc won fair and square. If we had to wait in this game till someone gets "the link" that the poster had in mind, we might wait a long time. I think about 80-90% of the answers to mine have been other links than the one I had in mind.

I'm up next, since I got tmw3nyc's. I'll be back shortly ...

Well I know Alain Delon was in The Yellow Rolls-Royce(`64) with Shirley Maclaine(Two Mules For Sister Sara) but I don`t think you were after that or were you,KC ???I`ve seen this film and I thought it`s a mediocre film not a great film.
If you accept this the next one is DAVID CARRADINE(if we/you haven`t done this one earlier ???I haven`t been around for sometime now)

I certainly accept, Hemlock ... the one I was thinking of was  Le cercle rouge (1970), a great, existential thriller by Jean-Pierre Melville with Delon and Gian Maria (Fistful of Dollars) Volonté.

I´ve seen this many years ago.Maybe I was too young to understand it fully but I remeber that I liked all the same.

Um, no...this sounds really bad again, but I haven't actually seen Space Cowboys!  :-[ I remember posting on the board at the time it came out and saying that I had no one to go and see it with...and I never got around to buying it after it stopped showing at the cinema. So...you can slap my wrist for that one, too! I think it's showing on one of the Sky Movies channels here, or it was last I saw, so hopefully I'll watch it when it's next on...

I'll have to resume playing again tomorrow evening. I gotta go now...  :-\

I like your segue from the Elephant Man to the King of the Apes, Hemlock!

Besides the Tarzan flicks for which he is probably best known in the U.S., Barker starred in a series of Euro-Westerns based on the novelistic output of the 19th century German pulp bard Karl May. In two of those, namely the original Winnetou (1963) and Winnetou und das Halbblut Apanatschi (Winnetou and the Half-Breed Apanatschi, 1966), one of his co-stars was Walter Barnes (High Plains Drifter, Bronco Billy). In another film in the series, Winnetou, Part 2 (1964), our friend the Hunchback from For a Few Dollars More, Klaus Kinski, makes an appearance.
