Actually Allycat.. this was a very good one.

Well.. I've got an answer.. but I wanted to search a bit more just to make sure that I had all of my bases covered.

But so far.. this is all that I could come up with.
 Julie Newmar (not playing herself) and Bruce Dern were in a  movie called "If... Dog... Rabbit", Dern was in a documentary movie called "A Decade Under the Influence."  In this documentary movie, Clint and Bruce played themselves.  (That was why I asked if Clint played himself. :))

I just realized how few movies Julie Newmar did where she didnt' play herself.

Ok.. Allycat... break it to me gently if I'm wrong. :D :D :D

That wasn't the link...but yours will do just fine, Gino! I think you put even more effort into that one that I did with mine! Mine was via the 1985 film Reel Horror. Julie starred with Catherine Bach in that one, and Bach starred as Melody, the girl Lightfoot hooks up with, in Thunderbolt and Lightfoot. Actually, when I was referring to not using Julie's guest appearances, I just meant the ones listed as 'Herself - filmography' on the IMDB - in fact, there was only one actual film under that. But I guess I made it pretty confusing!

So...you're up. I think someone else will have to get your next one though, as I'm off to bed ;)

Actually, Clint and Bruce appeared together, NOT playing themselves, in a little number called Hang 'Em High ... so you can make the link from Julie to Clint via Bruce in one step and you don't have to use any movies where anybody played himself! Er herself! Er, you know what I mean! ;)

I got the Capt... in L.A Story along with Francis Fisher who was in Unforgiven and True Crime...

Ok...here's the first link - I think we should be allowed any Clint film, so on that basis, there's this link:

Vincent was in Hot Rod Gang (1958) with Lester Dorr, who starred with Clint in First Traveling Saleslady.

But if you don't want to go with that, then there's this link: Dub Taylor also starred in Hot Rod Gang with Vincent, and appeared in Thunderbolt and Lightfoot (yay! Another connection) as the Station Attendant.

OK... I 've found two links.

The easy link is O. J. Simpson and George Kennedy was in the first Naked Gun movie.  Kennedy was in The Eiger Santion with Clint.

Next one could be O. J. Simpson and Todd Brant was in Back to the Beach.  Bryant was in Blood Work with Clint.
