Evelyn Ankers was in Eagle Squadron (1942), directed by Clint's first mentor, Arthur Lubin. Featured in the cast was Alan Hale, Jr., of Hang 'Em High fame.

S.Z. Sakall is great! I was trying to find a link for him a few months ago so I could use him, but I wasn't successful ...

But now I am! Sakall was in April Showers (1948) with none other than Billy Curtis (High Plains Drifter) ... who played someone with the resounding name of "Captain Rudolph del Nemo."  :o
