In the 1960s Barker, best known in the U.S. as Tarzan of the Apes, was in a series of German-made Westerns based on the works of Karl May, the 19th-century German popular novelist who adored the Old West, though he'd never been there. The films include Winnetou (Part !, 1963) and Winnetou und das Halbblut Apanatschi (1966), both with Walter Barnes ( Every Which Way but Loose, Bronco Billy). You'll also find him in other Westerns and adventure films of the era, in some of which German actors from A Fistful of Dollars also appear. How about Johnny Weissmuller? To make it harder, let's avoid the obvious Won Ton Ton, the Dog Who Saved Hollywood ... Johnny wasn't really himself in those days ...
